- Is Nova Core Training suitable for beginners?
- Yes. Many of our clients start as complete beginners or after a long break from exercise. We begin with a detailed assessment to understand your current abilities, any injuries, and your comfort level with basic movements. Your coach then designs a simple, progressive plan focused on mastering fundamentals—hinging, squatting, pushing, pulling, and core stability. We use clear video demonstrations, step-by-step progressions, and conservative loading so you can build confidence and strength safely, without feeling overwhelmed.
- Do I need access to a full gym to follow your programs?
- No. While a well-equipped gym offers more variety, Nova Core Training can design highly effective programs for home setups, small apartment gyms, and even frequent travelers. During onboarding, we ask what equipment you have: dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, a bench, or just bodyweight. Your plan is built around those tools, with clear instructions and progressions. If your equipment changes over time, we update your program to match, ensuring your training remains challenging and effective.
- How does online or hybrid coaching actually work?
- With online and hybrid coaching, your structured training plan is delivered through our app. Each session lists exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, and demonstration videos. You log your workouts, track your numbers, and can upload form videos for feedback. We schedule regular check-ins to review progress, adjust your plan, and answer questions. If you are local, you can also combine online programming with in-person sessions for technique refinement and extra accountability, giving you the best of both worlds.
- What if my schedule changes or I miss workouts?
- We design your program to be flexible, not fragile. If your schedule changes, you simply message your coach, and we adjust your weekly structure—shifting sessions, condensing workouts, or simplifying on-the-go options. Missing a workout is not a failure; it is just information. We help you get back on track without starting over or overcompensating with excessive volume. Our priority is long-term consistency, so the plan evolves with your life instead of breaking the moment things get busy.
